As of April, the total number of foreign workers working in the province is 1,456 people, mainly experts, technical workers, executives and managers. In which, the number of employees working in Vung Ang Economic Zone is 1,360 people, leading to a great demand for housing.

However, according to Mr. Nguyen Long, an interpreter working in Vung Ang economic zone, real estate projects to meet the settlement needs of foreign experts in Ha Tinh are still rare. “Many of my foreign colleagues choose to live in hotels near the industrial park, or live in dormitories and public houses arranged by businesses.
